We have two team models allowing us to partner with agents from all over the world! While both of our models fall under The Modern Real Estate Agent Elite Team we also have a team model that some of our local to New Bern, NC real estate agents have joined.

The MREA Elite Team

All agents that partner with us are a part of our The Modern Real Estate Agent Elite Team. This team is not a traditional team but a group of agents from all over the world that are a part of the same downline team. Partnering under this platform allows agents to use any of the MREA or eXp branding along with their own branding. There are no team requirements or team splits. This is a great option for solo agents, those wanting to create their own team, or outside the New bern, NC area. If you are a new agent outside our main area we will connect you with a mentor in your local MLS area.

The Cherry Point Real Estate Team

This is a local real estate team in New Bern, NC with a brick and mortar office. While all of the agents under the MREA umbrella are allowed to use the office, and attend team trainings, this CPRE Team is a unique partnership for some of the local agents that are a good fit for our informal local team. Agents that are invited to join this team are able to use the CPRE branding and hang their license under the local New Bern office. There are no additional team splits on CPRE. When you join CPRE leads and marketing are provided.

This is our high level process that we go through with every agent.

Strategy Call

We discuss about the current state of your business, and the desired outcome. We discuss what you are looking for in a team or brokerage. We then decide if we would make a good business partnerships, and decide on which team model is the best fit.

Onboarding

Once it is decided that you would be partnering with us, we start the company onboarding process. Our team helps you step by step with transferring your license, setting up your new accounts, and making sure you have access to everything you need to grow your business.

Collaboration

This is the part where you give to get. We believe in collaboration over competition. We have developed a full real estate training system with everything you need to run and grow your business. Everything is ready for you to use and participate in our private collaboration masterminds.
